Situation

Intel identified that its more efficient channels in the region have more that 5 Sales Reps and utilize Salesforce as their CRM .

Customer Goal

  • To increase their channel coverage in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Brazil.
  • To enable these new resellers on the Intel Technology Provider Program (ITP)

MarketLogic Execution

  • Reseller Database provided by MarketLogic following INTEL’s profile requirements.
  • A specific enrollment automated campaign was planned and executed for these potential resellers highlighting INTEL business model and key reseller benefits.
  • Enablement campaign followed enrollment. This included email marketing and direct calls. Trainings, certifications and webinars were part of the tactic mix. 51 resellers were certificated and enabled, and are actively executing campaigns on the platform each Q.
