Situation:

Epson Latin America ran a training program called Epson University in some countries.
They approached MarketLogic with a need to standardize this program, manage the pan-regional Communications of their regional promoters and provide an incentive for getting certified in courses.

Insights:

Communication towards promoters was infrequent and ineffective.
Each country separately designed and communicated based on their own capabilities.

Objective:

To develop a long-term pan-regional communications campaign to all their promoters in Latin America which will achieve:

  • Increase promoters’ participation and certification
  • Increase their loyalty towards the brand
  • Award promoters for their efforts
