Situation:
KFC wanted to create a digital activation to celebrate Christmas with its Facebook fans in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Objective:
Encourage consumers to embrace and enjoy the holiday spirit, and release the “Stress” of the season spending quality time with families and friends at KFC.

Insight:
We all wish for gifts that are not available in the real world. The digital world made it possible to do so in a fun and engaging way.

Solution:
Developed a Facebook app that allows users to share special intangible gifts among Facebook friends. Every shared gift accumulated points to be redeemed for tangible gifts or KFC products.
